Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. When you get your goods please check carefully and notify us, within 4 days, if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away on customerservices@tigermothretail.com.

You may cancel the order by informing Tigermoth Retail. Ltd within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return it to us unopened, sealed and in original condition and within 7 days of the date cancelled, for a refund. All shipping back to us is paid by the customer, and we are unable to refund you for your postal fees.

We are not able to refund any import duties, taxes or administration fees incurred in connection with the delivery or return of the Product.

Liability for loss or damage during transit is also the responsibility of the purchaser.

Tigermoth Retail Ltd will refund the purchase within 30 days of you notifying us about the return, to the Paypal account used to make the purchase.
